Contribution Refund
In principle, you must accumulate five years of contributions in your account before you can claim a refund. Not everyone meets this waiting period requirement.
If you do not meet it, your money is not lost. You can have your contributions refunded.

WBS application
Applying for a certificate of eligibility for social housing (WBS):
A certificate of eligibility for social housing (WBS) allows you to move into publicly subsidised housing.
The WBS is usually valid for one year and is collected by the owner when you move into the flat.
The issuance of a WBS depends on your income level. You can check in advance whether you are eligible for a WBS by completing an online query.
